01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jiliso8 website located at https://jiliso8.net and all related services, games, promotions, and features offered by jiliso8 (collectively, the "Platform"). jiliso8 is a PAGCOR-regulated online casino and sports betting platform designed and operated for Filipino players.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the jiliso8 Platform, you ("Player," "User," or "You") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the jiliso8 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or game rules published on the Platform from time to time.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use jiliso8, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where use of jiliso8 is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of jiliso8 or its affiliated entities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including PAGCOR's exclusion registry.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. jiliso8 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and source of funds at any point. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances.

jiliso8 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

04 Account Management

Each individual may hold only one registered account on jiliso8. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jiliso8 will close all but the first verified account and may withhold any winnings generated through the duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliso8 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account with any third party. jiliso8 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jiliso8 immediately at [email protected]. jiliso8 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

jiliso8 reserves the right to close or suspend any account — with or without prior notice — where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any activity that jiliso8 determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months with a remaining real money balance may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee, as notified to the Player. jiliso8 will make reasonable efforts to contact Players before applying dormancy fees.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jiliso8 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiliso8 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, QR Ph, 7-Eleven, and USDT, subject to availability and minimum transaction requirements.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are generally credited to your jiliso8 account within sixty (60) seconds, subject to payment provider processing times. jiliso8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are processed during Philippine banking hours. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya wallets are typically completed on the same business day. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days. jiliso8 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to methods verified under the Player's KYC profile.
• jiliso8 reserves the right to apply transaction limits, which may vary by payment method and account verification tier.
• Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are the Player's responsibility unless otherwise stated by jiliso8.
• Funds deposited to jiliso8 may not be transferred to another Player's account.

jiliso8 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR requirements. Transactions that trigger AML thresholds will be reported to the appropriate regulatory authorities without prior notice to the Player.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

jiliso8 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, free spins, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be published on the jiliso8 Platform alongside the relevant offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all jiliso8 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry periods are stated in each promotion's terms.

07 Gameplay Rules

jiliso8 offers slots, live casino games, sports betting, sabong, bingo, and fishing games sourced from licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

All game outcomes on jiliso8 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or by real-world events in the case of live casino and sports betting. jiliso8 does not manipulate game outcomes. 08 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in Philippine Peso. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your account. During self-exclusion, jiliso8 will make all reasonable efforts to ensure you cannot access the Platform. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months or more are treated as permanent unless the Player actively requests reinstatement after the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

jiliso8 reserves the right to impose account restrictions or initiate self-exclusion on behalf of a Player where there is evidence of problem gambling behavior, regardless of whether the Player has requested it.

Age Verification: jiliso8 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Player found to be underage will have their account immediately closed, all deposits returned, and any winnings forfeited. jiliso8 will not knowingly allow underage gambling under any circumstances.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiliso8 and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while underage (under 21 years of age).
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment instruments to fund your account.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.

jiliso8 employs fraud detection, behavioral analysis, and third-party verification tools to monitor for prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, jiliso8 may freeze account balances pending investigation. Players found guilty of prohibited conduct forfeit all real money and bonus balances held in their accounts.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliso8 Platform — including but not limited to the jiliso8 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jiliso8 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jiliso8 Platform without prior written consent from jiliso8.

Game content, including slot themes, mechanics, and artwork, is the intellectual property of the respective game developers and is licensed to jiliso8 for distribution on the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliso8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or system maintenance.
• Loss of data resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

jiliso8 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiliso8's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits jiliso8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

jiliso8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the jiliso8 Privacy Policy.

jiliso8 complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or regulation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the jiliso8 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jiliso8 support.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The regulatory framework established by PAGCOR governs the operation of the jiliso8 Platform and any disputes arising from licensed gaming activities.

In the event of any dispute between you and jiliso8, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting jiliso8 customer support. jiliso8 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jiliso8's internal complaints process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved dispute arising under these Terms.
